They discuss how to design for human experiences, not just those as defined by Western society, but taking into account a diverse range of cultures using progressive global and interdisciplinary ideas. This theme is central to The World Around, a new platform for architecture and design discourse of which Galilee is co-founder and executive director. The podcast subject matter ranges from addressing the climate catastrophe to the concerns and possibilities around the metaverse, especially the use of virtual reality.
